I’m a Canadian born Indian. As someone who was always super sexual yet comes from a culture in which sex is so taboo, I struggled to find a healthy balance. I struggled a lot with my own relationship with sex. I craved sex but didn’t always know how to handle that desire healthily. I often even felt guilty or wrong for my desires. Healing that required acknowledging my libido but removing shame or judgement for it and instead exploring sexuality with a healthy, open mind. Now I do the same for others. I want to create a safe space for people to discuss things that they are normally too shy or even scared to speak about. Talking it out knowing that you won’t be judged is often key to healing & exploring. Now I speak on kinks & self love openly on IG but am open to holding sessions for anyone who wants to discuss something much more personal.
