There are so many styles of open or polyamorous relationship structures to explore, lets support you finding the ones that work for you! I come with 11+ years navigating Non-Monogamy in a variety of configurations, communication tools, and resources curated from my personal and professional experiences to best support you. Lets explore your ecosystem of relationships and find pathways to nurture and build more that are in alignment with your needs and capacity.

My one-on-one virtual coaching is for all genders and sexualities, all done via Zoom. Bundles are good for ongoing growth with accountability and space to adjust.

This work supports singles and couples who want to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether that means improving communication, deepening intimacy, working through shame or patterns, or feeling more confident and authentic in their desires. Sessions are practical, personalized, and rooted in emotional awareness, embodiment, and accountability.
