I'm Bhogananda — author, tantra teacher and practitioner, couples coach and feminine embodiment mentor based in Lisbon, Portugal. My path into this work began over a decade ago, growing out of a deep curiosity about how eroticism, pleasure, conscious touch, breath and honest communication can bring people back into their bodies and closer to the people they love.

I hold space for individuals and couples through tantric massage, sacred communication practices, and feminine mentorship rooted in sensuality, self-trust and erotic embodiment. Alongside my partner Nuno, I co-founded Evolving Love, where we guide couples through conscious relationship work, intimacy coaching and tantric therapy. I've facilitated women's circles, tantra workshops and tantric massage retreats across Europe, always grounding the work in something real and human rather than abstract or overly esoteric.

My background in Communication Sciences shapes how I work: I believe transformation happens through clear, honest dialogue as much as through the body and the consciousness. Whether you're coming to reconnect with your own pleasure, rebuild intimacy with a partner, or simply understand yourself more deeply, I offer a grounded, judgment-free space to explore at your own pace.

My qualifications

11–15 years of experience

I'm a tantra practitioner and facilitator, yoga teacher and couples' coach based in Lisbon, with over a decade of experience across somatic, spiritual and relational work. My path combines formal training in life coaching, communication and yoga with years of hands-on facilitation — tantric massage courses and retreats, tantra retreats and workshops, yoga and meditation workshops, and individual and couples coaching. I hold space for women through dedicated women's events, feminine mentorship and certified group facilitation, and I've taught and presented at tantra festivals and events across Europe, including Portugal, Germany, Italy and France. My approach blends structure with warmth: I care as much about clear, honest communication as I do about embodiment and touch.

Master's degree in Applied Communication. Certified Life Coach. Currently completing a 5-year Tantra Teacher Training. Certified Integral Yoga Teacher (4 years of training). Certified Women's Group Facilitator (3 years of training)

What can you expect from an experience with me?
A calm, unhurried space where your comfort and consent come first. Whether it's a tantric massage, a coaching session, a workshop or a couples' session, we start with conversation — understanding what you're looking for — before moving into the body. There's no script to follow; everything is adapted to you and your own needs. We follow the heart :)
Do you work with couples as well as individuals?
Yes. I work with individuals exploring their own body and desire, and with couples looking to rebuild intimacy, eroticism, communication, or connection. Sessions are tailored differently depending on who's in the room; a couple's session is never just two individual sessions side by side.
What happens during a tantric massage session with you?
A tantric massage isn't about a fixed sequence of moves, it's about presence, breath, and full-body awareness. We begin with a short conversation about your intentions and boundaries, then move into slow, conscious touch that includes the whole body, not just the areas we usually associate with pleasure. The goal isn't a destination or a specific outcome, but reconnecting you with sensation, breath, and your own aliveness. Sessions can be gentle and meditative or more energetically charged, always sensual and erotic, and having in consideration on what you're looking for. Nudity is not mandatory.
Do I need experience with tantra to work with you?
Not at all. Many of the people I work with are completely new to tantra or bodywork. I meet you where you are, just like tantra teaches. Some sessions are gentle and exploratory, others go deeper, depending on what you already know and what you're curious about.
How do we agree on boundaries before a session?
Always beforehand, in a clear conversation, never assumed. I ask about your comfort levels, limits, and intentions before we begin, and those can be adjusted at any point during the session. Consent isn't a one-time checkbox here, it's ongoing.
Is this therapy, or is it a sensual experience?
Both, in a sense. My work isn't sex therapy in the clinical meaning, and it isn't performance either, it lives in between: embodied, intentional touch and conscious eroticism, along with communication, held with the same care and boundaries as therapeutic work.
