Navigating the world of adult toys, lubricants, and pleasure aids can feel overwhelming. With so many options out there, how do you know what’s right for your body, your relationship, and your desires? In this 1:1 coaching session, I’ll guide you through:

• Understanding what different products can do for your pleasure and wellbeing.
• How to choose toys and lubes that suit your body, needs, and budget.
• Safe, shame-free education around how to use them (solo or with a partner)
• Tailored recommendations based on your goals, experience level, and curiosity

This isn’t about selling you products — it’s about giving you knowledge and confidence to make informed choices, whether you’re exploring your first vibrator, looking for support with sexual dysfunction, or spicing things up with your partner. By the end of our session, you’ll have clarity, recommendations, and the confidence to shop and explore without second-guessing yourself.

My one-on-one virtual coaching is for all genders and sexualities, all done via Zoom. Bundles are good for ongoing growth with accountability and space to adjust.

This work supports singles and couples who want to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether that means improving communication, deepening intimacy, working through shame or patterns, or feeling more confident and authentic in their desires. Sessions are practical, personalized, and rooted in emotional awareness, embodiment, and accountability.
