Liberation Lab is a one-hour online coaching session exploring how you relate: to yourself, to others, to your sexuality, and to the world around you.

You might come with:

Together, we bring curiosity to how you express your needs, hold boundaries, receive pleasure, protect yourself, and allow yourself to be seen.

A space to understand yourself more deeply, loosen the conditioning shaping your choices, and discover a freer, more authentic way of living and relating.

WhatsApp support

Multi-session journeys include a private +WhatsApp journal space where you can share reflections, questions, voice notes and patterns as they arise.

I respond with thoughtful reflection, gentle challenge and practices where they feel supportive.

We may be a good fit if you are curious about yourself, willing to look beneath the surface, and open to exploring how your body, sexuality, relationships and recurring patterns connect. I work warmly and without judgement, but I am also direct. I will not tell you how to live; I will help you notice what may be shaping your choices, so that you can move with greater self-knowing, freedom and authenticity.

Liberation Lab is an embodied coaching and inquiry space rather than psychotherapy or clinical treatment. We may explore how you relate to yourself, your body, your sexuality, other people and the wider world. Sessions are not limited to conversation; where supportive, they may also include guided inquiry and other somatic practices.

My work is grounded in clear ethical boundaries, consent and professional integrity. I am willing to meet you in deep, complex and sometimes uncomfortable places, but I will not be coerced into working outside the scope of my practice. I do not offer tantric massage, mutual sexual interaction, or online nudity. The depth of the work comes from honesty, inquiry and embodied self-exploration, not from crossing professional boundaries.
