Hi, I’m Simona.

I’m deeply curious being... what tickles my curiosity the most is hunting for the patterns that keep us trapped in our conditioning, that limit us from feeling authentically ourselves and tasting what freedom could possibly tastes like, if we allowed ourselves the pleasure.

The conversations I like having the most are about our sexuality, our bodies, our relationships, and the way we move through the world with them.

My work is for people who sense there is more... but may feel caught in old patterns, shame, performance, disconnection or conditioning.

Together with curiosity we'll explore what is underneath the surface through conversation, bodywork and inquiry.

I offer online coaching and in-person Sexological Bodywork in Cape Town.

I like to thick my approach is very similar to my personality warm, direct, curious and grounded.

You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want.
Curiosity is enough.

My qualifications

-Nearly a decade attending, creating and facilitating spaces for connection, embodiment and sacred sexuality
-Temples, retreats, workshops, events and ongoing community conversations
-A year and a half offering one-to-one Sexological Bodywork sessions

  • Sexological Bodywork practitioner in professional training
  • Multiple ISTA trainings
  • Produced and hosted sacred sexuality retreats in South Africa with Andrew Barnes, Simon Paul Sutton, Dawn Cherie and Ohad Pele

What is it like to work with you?
My approach is warm, curious and direct. I create space for honesty without judgement, while gently noticing the patterns, contradictions and conditioning that may be keeping you stuck. The work is collaborative; I am not here to tell you who to be.
How do I know if you’re the right coach for me?
We may be a good fit if you are curious about yourself, willing to look beneath the surface, and open to exploring how your body, sexuality, relationships and recurring patterns connect. I work warmly and without judgement, but I am also direct. I will not tell you how to live; I will help you notice what may be shaping your choices, so that you can move with greater self-knowing, freedom and authenticity.
What boundaries guide your work?
My work is grounded in clear ethical boundaries, consent and professional integrity. I am willing to meet you in deep, complex and sometimes uncomfortable places, but I will not be coerced into working outside the scope of my practice. I do not offer tantric massage, mutual sexual interaction, or online nudity. The depth of the work comes from honesty, inquiry and embodied self-exploration, not from crossing professional boundaries.
