Before this work I trained as a physiotherapist. I loved the body, but I felt a missing connection to the mind, the heart and the soul of the person in front of me. When I found tantra, it felt like the meeting point of everything I had been looking for, and I have followed it ever since.

What fascinates me most, and what makes my approach distinctive, is de-armouring bodywork and energy work. I get to witness and facilitate energy releasing from the body: trapped emotions from the past finally clearing, or the body moving and expressing itself through undulating waves of energy. Working so closely with these deep processes, through the fascia and the energy meridians, with Taoist energy anatomy as my framework, is absolutely fascinating!

I bring this together with sensual massage and yoni massage, separately or combined, depending on what you need. Sensual massage is a slow, oil-based massage for simply receiving, without giving anything back. Yoni massage is a sacred, intentional massage that brings awareness back into a part of the body many women have disconnected from, and it is only ever offered after long communication and clear consent.

Many women come to me feeling numb, disconnected or blocked in their pleasure, or simply longing to receive. Many describe numbness turning into sensational full body experiences of energy and pleasure, and feeling safe in their body again.

The foundation of everything I do is safety. I have done extensive trauma training, and I understand the nervous system as the foundation for all of this work: we only ever go as far as your system has the capacity for in that moment. Every session is consent-led. We agree your boundaries before we begin, I check in throughout, and nothing is ever rushed or forced. You can pause or stop at any point. Working in this field, I am also deeply aware of power dynamics and the unseen dynamics that can play out between practitioner and client, and I hold them with care, so that the session is always in service of you.

I also offer clothed de-armouring sessions for all genders, guide women in self-pleasure practice, and teach couples intimacy and connection. Alongside this, I do regular men's work: I hold men's circles, and I facilitate men's sexuality and relationship development, both in one-to-one coaching and in group settings.

I have practised full time for six years and worked with over 600 clients, and I am a certified therapist member of the International Institute of Holistic Therapies. Clients travel to me from across the UK and abroad, and I travel on request.
