A slow, consent-led tantric bodywork experience that brings together somatic de-armouring, energy work and sensual massage, in whatever balance your body needs.
Emotional and physical experiences that were too much to express at the time can stay stored in the fascia and the energy meridians. They often show up as tension, numbness, blocked pleasure, or patterns that keep repeating. This work gently releases what is held, then opens the body to the sensation and pleasure that become available once it has.
What to expect
De-armouring uses steady, sustained pressure into the fascia and slow, deep breath, with Taoist energy anatomy as my framework. Release can come as tears, sound, trembling, or undulating waves of energy moving through the body.
Sensual massage is a slow, sumptuous, oil-based massage for simply receiving, without giving anything back. When it has been agreed, yoni massage can be part of the longer sessions.
Everything is consent-led and guided by your nervous system’s capacity. We agree your boundaries before we begin, I check in throughout, and you can pause or stop at any point.
What’s included ?
- A free 30 minute connection call beforehand, plus a short readiness questionnaire
- Up to an hour on the day for arrival, settling in, a grounding meditation and aftercare, on top of your bodywork time
- A 30 minute aftercare call afterwards, to talk through how the session has landed

This is a therapy, with no agenda beyond healing the body and mind. Clients often describe sessions as highly sensual rather than overtly sexual. Arousal and even orgasm can happen, and that is entirely welcome, but it is never expected. Consent, communication and boundaries stay essential throughout, and clothing is always optional: you can begin with as much on as you like.
No. Yoni massage is only offered after our connection call, a readiness questionnaire and clear consent on the day, and it depends on your nervous system’s capacity in that moment. If I sense you aren’t ready, it doesn’t happen: nothing is ever forced. Many women have deeply healing sessions without it.
Yes. I have done extensive trauma training, and the nervous system is the foundation of everything I do. Every session is held with a trauma-aware, capacity-led approach. Nothing is rushed or forced, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body, honour your own boundaries and set your own pace. You can pause or stop at any point.
Sessions are built around nervous system regulation, safety and ease. Through experienced touch and bodywork, the areas that hold tension and block energy, sensitivity and mind-body connection are gently opened. Some sessions are deeply relaxing and healing; others bring emotional release, allowing old trauma and stored pain to move and soften; and some are sensual, liberating and exquisitely felt, honouring pleasure as part of the healing itself.
