Full Body Alchemy is my practitioner training in trauma-aware de-armouring and somatic bodywork, for people who want to do more than scratch the surface and help clients transform at the deepest level.

The Embodied Awakening Method is twelve weeks online, followed by a seven-day, non-residential immersion in Manchester where you put everything into practice. The training covers nervous system support, de-armouring and conscious touch, Taoist energy anatomy and sexual alchemy, Kundalini and energy flow, trauma awareness, professional boundaries, and building a sustainable practice.

It is a personal development journey first: going through it yourself is what enables you to hold someone else through theirs. Cohorts are small, with just eight places, each reviewed personally. Approved by IIOHT.

When it has been agreed, yoni massage can be part of the longer sessions.Everything is consent-led and guided by your nervous system’s capacity.
