Hi there, I'm Greta Flowers a space holder for the restoration of pleasure as a resource. I found my way here on my own healing journey. It took me many years to experience my body as a safe place to be. Where trauma restricts, pleasure exands our capacity to feel. As I stregthened my connection to what is pleasureable in any given moment, I came to know pleasure as a trusted compass and guide.

I am a certified Somatic Sex and Intimacy Educator, Conscious Kink/BDSM practitioner, erotic ritualist and artist. I support people to live more fully in their bodies. I am often found offering songs and flowers to water.

I offer private sessions, retreats, classes and gatherings for all bodies.​ My practice is trauma informed, grounded in enthusiastic consent, voice and choice and pleasure centered healing.

I support people who
- want to learn about and experience their desires
- are returning to pleasure after trauma (physical, emotional, sexual or religious)
- are aging and dealing with changes in arousal
- are curious about kink
- are in relationships navigating mismatched desires

It’s ok if you don’t know what you want. I offer choices and tools.
I accompany people moving through shame towards their desires.I offer permission to define pleasure on your own terms and by your own experience, it does not need to look like anyone else.

Pleasure is expansive and expansion is often followed by contraction. You will learn somatic tools for dealing with contraction.Tools for nervous system regulation including breathwork, movement, touch, self touch and more.

We will cultivate your Erotic Ecosystem- noticing where, when, how and with who you are already resourced and supported. We will intentionally build your flourishing Erotic Eco-system, honoring that the Erotic is not just sexual. Erotic energy is life force energy.

You will learn to listen to your body, and become a vocal advocate for your bodies’ needs, wants and boundaries. You will get to practice asking for what you want and practice receiving what you want. Honoring that what you want may change in any given moment based on context and capacity. Your no will always be celebrated and so will changing your mind.

I see clients in a beautiful private studio in south Seattle and online. I offer sessions in Somatic Sex Education, Cuddling, Conscious Kink/BDSM and co-created erotic rituals for transformation.
