Hello, I'm Emily. I'm a somatic Sexologist and bodyworker with a fascination for the wonderfully complex relationship we have with our bodies, sexuality and pleasure.
I'm interested in the things that make us feel alive: connection, curiosity, desire, touch, intimacy and the freedom to be ourselves. I'm also interested in why so many of us find these things difficult. The stories we've inherited, the expectations we've absorbed and the experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies or unsure of our own desires.
My work brings together somatic practices, bodywork and sexuality education to help women and couples explore, question and reconnect. It's about making space for the conversations we don't always have, discovering what feels good , what doesn't, and finding a little more freedom in how we inhabit our bodies and experience pleasure. I bring warmth, curiosity, an open mind and a healthy appreciation for life's complexities. There's no script to follow, no version of sexuality to aspire to and no silly questions.
