Hi I’m Lydia

I’m a trained psychotherapist, somatic sexologist, bodyworker & facilitator, with extensive experience in body based trauma healing. I’m also the co-founder of Soluma, a trauma training school for somatic facilitators.

I celebrate depth, darkness and authenticity. I’m continuously devoted to supporting myself and women collectively. To come back into relationship with our bodies, our wildish self and our innate wisdom.

I didn’t arrive at this work through theory.
I arrived here through my body.

My 1:1 work is deep, somatic and relational, working with the wholeness of women and the relationship they have with self, others and their lives.

This isn’t just valid for women who’ve experienced sexual trauma, it’s for any woman who wants to deepen the relationship she has with herself, her life and those in it.

It’s a returning not a quick fix.

Somatic psychotherapist before becoming a somatic sexologist.
