Sessions 4–6: Sex, Secrets & Shame
Your desires, sexuality, kinks, affairs, hidden relationships and the parts of your life you struggle to talk about.
Sessions 7–9: Why You Do What You Do
Unmet needs, relationship patterns, emotional triggers, anxiety and the behaviours you want to
understand.
Sessions 10–12: Finding Your Way Forward
Building confidence, understanding what you really want, communicating your needs and making choices that feel right for you.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT FIXING YOU.

I won’t tell you who to love, how to have sex or what your relationship should look like.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, without shame, but with honesty,
curiosity and accountability.
