You've built a life together. You love each other. But perhaps you've started wondering whether the relationship you've created is the only version of love available to you.
Maybe you've talked about opening things up. Maybe one of you is more curious than the other. Maybe you've already dipped your toes in and discovered that the reality brings up feelings neither of you quite expected.
Or perhaps you're simply questioning the relationship rules you inherited without ever consciously choosing them.
Opening a relationship isn't just about having sex with other people.
It can bring you face to face with some of your deepest fears around love, attachment, rejection, desirability and belonging.
And whilst the idea of freedom might sound exciting, navigating that freedom whilst protecting the relationship you've already built takes a little more than agreeing on a few ground rules.
That's where our work begins!
Over six 90-minute sessions, we'll explore what conscious non-monogamy could look like for you.
Not somebody else's version. Not a set of rules from a book. And certainly not a relationship structure you feel pressured into accepting.
We'll talk about sex, jealousy, desire, boundaries, emotional safety, communication and how to stay connected whilst allowing room for individuality.
There will be curiosity. There may be uncomfortable conversations. And hopefully some exciting discoveries about yourselves and each other.
You don't need to know whether you want an open relationship to begin.
You just need to be willing to have some honest conversations about what you both want, what you fear and what might be possible.
And if you discover that opening up isn't right for you, that's a perfectly valuable outcome too
