Hi - I'm Jo, the owner of Optimum Body Therapies and over the past decade, I have undergone extensive training in a diverse range of traditional massage therapies. However, my curiosity led me to explore the inclusivity of clients and the intention behind massages, as well as specific areas of focus and as a result, I also pursued training in sensual massage.
Optimum Body Therapies provides a safe, inclusive space for a sensual massage experience in Hove. My practice reflects a growing focus on holistic wellbeing, including sexual health. It offers a path to discover and explore your sexuality or sensuality.
