I was born in the fertile lands of Portugal and I am a creative explorer in the realms of healing, intimacy, sexuality and embodied transformation.
I am a Somatic Sexual Psychotherapist, teacher, bodyworker and facilitator, dedicated to supporting deeper connection between body, emotions, pleasure and relational life.
Over the past years, I have woven together my therapeutic and educational background with Portuguese ancestral wisdom traditions, exploring geomedicine and crystal vibration practices ( Yoni Eggs), alongside magical herbalism as pathways for embodiment, self-inquiry and transformation. My approach integrates sexuality and spirituality through a conscious, grounded and humanised lens.
As a therapist and facilitator, I hold one-to-one sessions for women, including Yoni Healing Therapy and intimate therapeutic work. I also facilitate women’s groups and trainings in Sacred Squirting, Women’s Sexuality & Self-Care, Yoni Yoga® and Vibrational Pompoir, as well as mixed groups and retreats exploring Conscious Intimacy, Tantra, Pleasure and relational growth.
My work creates sex-positive, heart-centred spaces that invite greater presence, authenticity and connection, supporting people in reclaiming intimacy as a path of self-discovery and aliveness.
My intention is to inspire and accompany those who feel called toward a more embodied, liberated and meaningful experience of life.
