What gets in the way of feeling erotically alive—and what helps us find our way back?

This live, interactive session explores some of the most common challenges people encounter in accessing and sustaining their erotic potential.

We’ll begin with a short talk and experiential activity exploring desire, connection and the conditions that allow our erotic selves to come more fully alive. We’ll then open the space for Q&A, conversation and your questions.

Themes will include:

• Loss of erotic excitement or difficulty accessing desire

• Challenges sustaining connection and intimacy over time

• Shame arising from upbringing, cultural conditioning or experiences within relationships

• Communicating more openly about desires, needs and boundaries

• Understanding the conditions that help desire and sensuality emerge

• Navigating differences in desire between partners

• Becoming more comfortable with your own erotic wants and curiosities

This session is for you whether you're single, dating, partnered, or simply curious about deepening your relationship with your own erotic self.
