Online Sexology Sessions
I offer sessions for individuals and couples to work on any sexuality related challenges you are facing or discoveries you would like to deepen.
Our first session covers what you´ve come to work on, why, and your relationship with sexuality. After this first meeting, I will suggest what could be helpful to explore. You decide what you want to try. I will adapt to your comfort zone and interests while offering ways to expand them.
We will typically spend a session on one topic, such as: breath, anatomy, masturbation, thought patterns, or a specific sensation. I will present the topic to you in multiple ways - first you experience it, then we bring it into awareness by naming it and learning about it, and finally you explore and play with it in session or on your own afterwards. Throughout, we talk about what you notice, engaging both the body and the mind.
