2h Tantric Touch & Emotional Release

Eat light, hydrate and shower. We only need a large towel to cover your bed. I bring oil and lub. We will do some movements but the session can take place in a small room. Feel free to make your room very warm. As much as possible, try not to put on your social mask for me. If you are having a crappy day, feel depressed or hopeless, let’s start the session from that place.

You are welcome however you are. I guide through tantric practices, emotional release movements or breathwork to help you enter the state of no mind, fully being. You don’t need to know anything in advance.

Anything you’d like, comfy clothes allowing you to move freely and are easy to take off or a bathrobe is also perfect. Remove your jewelry and watch.

It is best to have time for yourself right after the session; to take it slow, reflect and harvest your insights. We can feel light headed and ungrounded. If you find yourself wanting to ground, ways to do that can be taking a bath, walking barefoot, hugging a tree, going for a walk (in nature) or eating cooked grains, potatoes, root vegetables, nuts and seeds. Emotions can come up in the following few days, when it happens, take it easy with yourself; no need to understand everything, just allow the waves to be felt.
