About the event
Awaken is a week-long intimate outdoor gathering featuring facilitated workshops and experiences to support us in embodying, connecting, and expressing our deepest desires. Though embodied connection to ourselves and others we seek to unlock our deepest levels of self-expression, held by a community and a culture that thrives on our authenticity and vulnerability.
Imagine being part of a community where your authentic expression of your sexuality was welcomed and celebrated, rather than shamed or repressed.
Imagine being part of a culture where your peers helped and supported you work through your fears and limiting beliefs, so you could express yourself fully and fulfill your desires.
Imagine a place where your authentic communication and action with your eros supports trust amongst your community rather than creating jealousy or division.
Awaken is a one week, facilitated immersive experience where you can re-discover yourself in a community that embodies these values.
The Location:
Awaken will take place at a 120 acre waterfront off-grid community north of Pemberton, BC. The setting is private and wild, surrounded by crown land and situated on a beautiful lake.
The property features a few buildings for shared activities, a wood fired sauna on a lakefront beach, an outdoor kitchen, composting toilets, an outdoor solar shower, and spaces designed for connection, pleasure, and integration. Accommodations will be camping in a heritage apple orchard setting, with the option to upgrade to a luxury furnished bell tent.
