I’m a somatic sexologist living in Lisbon. I found my way here after a midlife divorce that sent me on a journey of sexual healing.

I’ve spent decades focusing on the body - as a professional dancer, master yoga teacher, expressive arts therapist, and teaching artist in schools. I ran a dance company, a yoga studio, and spent a decade of academic teaching at universities.

Shifting to sexuality work has brought me full circle from seeing the body primarily through the lens of artistic expression … to embracing the joyous healing that can be found through fuller sexual agency.

I’m here to help you build body confidence and reconnect with your sexuality. My specialties are in vaginismus, prostate massage, masturbation coaching, and dearmoring.
