Tibetan 5 Element Tantra® is a holistic healing modality rooted in the Lineage of Tibetan Tantra specifically the Tibetan 5 Elemental Healing practices and the 4 pillars as well as compatible disciplines from Daoist Sexual Yoga, Somatic Sexual Healing, Nonviolent Communication and Western Science. The 4 pillars consist of meditation, movement, connection and pleasure. This is a spiritual science, a pathway of enlightenment to heal the body, mind. spirit and sexual wellness. The 5 Element Teachings stem from The Shangpa Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism. Many of these teachings have been passed down in an oral tradition from teacher to student for over 1200 years. These methods help to heal the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health become enriched and balanced. The 4 pillars of meditation, movement, connection and pleasure are also used to heal suffering and embody pleasure potential. This is to awaken all forms of pleasure not limited to sexual pleasure but to include physical/sensual pleasure, emotional and spiritual pleasure as well. The Tibetan 5 Elemental Healing practices and 4 pillars show us how to use pleasure as medicine. Pleasure is medicine because these sexual and non-sexual practices involve body based somatic healing using a combination of breath, touch and awareness to heal trauma.
