A somatic approach to balance sexual wellness with connection to the mind, body, spirit, and pleasure. Somatic Sex Education teaches trauma informed touch and embodied pleasure.
This body based approach is used to relate and connect to the authentic nature that already exists in each individual. It's to honor and hold space for the layers of traumatic imprints that the body tends to hide, to restore and fully process, and experience pleasure on all levels, physical, emotional, sensual/sexual, and spiritual.
