With nearly 40 years of experience in the wellness, fitness, movement, and bodywork industries, I have dedicated my career to helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional touch, presence, and personalized care. My background includes therapeutic bodywork, mobility training, yoga, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and nervous system-focused approaches to relaxation and well-being. Over the years, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, including professionals, athletes, entrepreneurs, and public figures, creating experiences built on trust, respect, discretion, and genuine human connection.

One of the defining achievements of my career has been the development of Neuro-Tissue Recalibration (NTR), a proprietary approach born from nearly four decades of experience in bodywork, movement, rehabilitation, and human performance.
