Shame Alchemy is a guided, embodied experience for gently exploring the shame you carry around your body, sexuality, desires, pleasure, or identity. Rather than trying to get rid of shame, we’ll get curious about where it came from, how it lives in your body, and what it may have been trying to protect.
Through conversation, somatic practices, reflection, and ritual, we’ll begin separating what is truly yours from the stories you were taught to carry. This is a space to meet yourself with compassion, reclaim the parts you’ve hidden, and transform shame into deeper self-trust, choice, and freedom. 🩷
