Drawing on my experience of Tantric Journey, emotional detox bodywork and Kashmiri Tantra, I offer space to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore what feels true for you. Sessions may include meditation, breath awareness, stillness, movement and conscious touch, guided by clear consent and respect for your boundaries.
I see this as two people meeting with presence and humanity. There is nothing you need to achieve, perform or become.
My approach is warm, grounded and without pressure, with room for laughter, curiosity and simply being yourself.
