Hi, I’m Anchal, a Somatic Sexologist and Holistic Pelvic Care practitioner with over 10 years of experience. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore safety and sensation, and discover the possibilities of pleasure, intimacy and connection. I like to think of my work as helping people rebirth their sexual selves — to trust their desires, understand their bodies and experience sexuality with greater choice, ease and freedom. Through Somatic Sexology/Sexological Bodywork, De-armouring and Holistic Pelvic Care, I work with individuals and couples navigating sexual challenges or simply wanting to explore a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with their bodies and pleasure.
