When you are met with presence instead of judgment, you learn to receive, to trust your body, and to carry that embodied self-trust into your relationships and everyday life.

I offer online or in-person coaching sessions for all genders, focused on developing intimacy with yourself, with Spirit, and with others. Custom packages are available.

Every session is fully consensual and trauma-informed. Through intake forms and discussion, we cover all the details to make your experience tailored specifically for you. Nothing is assumed or rushed. This is your space to deeply receive, free from any pressure to perform or please. I follow your body’s lead. You can slow me down or pause at any time.
