My background begins at 18, when I entered and won my first bodybuilding competition.
I was determined, stubborn and angry.
I placed all my pent-up aggression into the gym, athletics and kinesthetic education.
At 22, my third ever Olympic Weightlifting meet, I competed at Nationals.
At 24, I was running a thriving personal training business.
At 26, I crashed out.
15 hour work days, 2hr gym sessions, cutting for shows and barely sleeping. It’s simple math. My body and mind couldn’t sustain it. I woke up in pain every day, developed two ulcers, my memory was shot and that’s just the highlights. I was a well-decorated athlete, state-respected trainer and successful business owner... and I was miserable.
I felt lost, stressed and locked in a pattern of being.
I felt something was missing.
I wanted more.
So... I left.

I landed myself in Denver, CO six weeks before the pandemic shut-down.
Not the best timing for a personal trainer but...I got what I wanted: a career change.
Through a series of serendipitous events, I fell into the Intimacy Industry. Throughout the last 6 years, I’ve spent my time learning The Sensual Arts, Relational Alchemy, White & Rose Tantra and, of course, I added my own twist: Brain-Based Somatic Health & Eros Activation.

Today, I give you my methodology.
A rich combination of Neuroscience, Tantric Techniques and Somatic Sports Rehab that delivers a lightning bolt of Eros & Personal Mastery.
My methodology was first trialed through personal exploration, and then refined through the trust hundreds of client sessions yielding reverent transformations.

I am honored to be your guide towards

I have extensive experience in the athletic industry, including and not limited to bodybuilding, olympic lifting, martial arts and equestrian show jumping. I've also worked with very high-end athletes such as NFL players, MMA fighter and a select few Olympic Athletes for recovery services before diving into the sensual arts where I have seamlessly blended together my love for athletics with the bliss of Tantric Sensual Arts.
