I grew up Catholic, where sex was considered bad, dirty, and shameful unless you were married. Then suddenly it was supposed to be beautiful! How confusing is that? Those mixed messages are just one example of the shame and conditioning so many of us carry around sexuality.

Sexuality isn't taboo. It's part of our nature, and something we deserve to enjoy without guilt or shame.
