A journey into conscious touch, presence, and connection
What if your presence alone could melt shame, restore trust, and call someone home to their body?
This immersive workshop invites participants into the sacred art of tantric massage — a practice rooted not in performance, but in deep presence, awareness, and respectful touch. More than learning techniques, this is an experience of embodiment, connection, and remembrance.
Participants are guided to create spaces that feel safe, creative, and alive, discovering how conscious touch can become a powerful pathway to healing, intimacy, and self-discovery.
What the workshop explores
- Sacred touch as a pathway to healing
- Tantric massage techniques and natural flow
- Giver and receiver dynamics
- Consent, intuition, and energetic awareness
- Presence as the most important tool
Participants leave with:
- Confidence in heart-centred, transformative touch
- A deeper connection to their own body and energy
- Practical tools to cultivate intimacy, awareness, and embodiment
This workshop is open to all genders and orientations. People attend with a partner, friend, lover, or through a pre-workshop matchmaking group designed to help participants connect beforehand in a relaxed, respectful way.
How the day unfolds
The day begins with a welcoming opening circle, where boundaries, consent, privacy, and personal agency are discussed openly. Participants are invited to arrive fully in their bodies and share how they feel, setting a tone of trust and presence.
From there, the learning becomes embodied. Ebru begins with a live demonstration using a model while the group observes, attuning not only to technique but to pacing, energy, and quality of touch. Participants are then guided step-by-step into practice.
After a break, Rubens offers a second live demonstration followed by further guided practice. Each segment builds gently, allowing confidence, sensitivity, and connection to deepen naturally.
The latter part of the day opens into a free-flow practice session, where participants integrate what they’ve learned at their own rhythm. The workshop closes with a heartfelt sharing circle to reflect and consciously integrate the experience.
The collaboration behind the workshop
This workshop was born from a natural coming together of two complementary approaches. After hosting his first workshop in Stockholm, Rubens felt inspired to bring this experience to London. When he shared the idea with Ebru, the collaboration felt like an immediate yes.
Having met during a Tantra–Tao bodywork training in 2024, their friendship and aligned approach to touch, healing, and presence made the partnership effortless.
Ebru brings over two decades of experience as a trauma-informed bodyworker, healer, and founder of the Future Human Temple. Her work weaves sacred sexuality, ritual, and nervous system awareness, creating a strong foundation of safety, consent, and emotional holding.
Rubens brings his background as a sensual massage therapist specialising in body-to-body tantric massage, slow touch, and conscious intimacy. His work focuses on pleasure, flow, and helping people reconnect with trust, desire, and embodied connection.
Together, they create a space that balances depth with playfulness, structure with softness, and healing with enjoyment.
A beginner-friendly, welcoming space
This is an entry-level workshop designed to be accessible to complete beginners, while still offering surprising depth for experienced practitioners and massage professionals.
The focus is on the body only. Intimate practices such as yoni, lingam, and prostate massage are reserved for future advanced workshops.
The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and deeply human. Some participants come from Ebru’s community, others from Rubens’ work, and some are entirely new. Everyone is welcomed exactly as they are.
Nudity is welcome but never required. Everything demonstrated is always an invitation, and participants are encouraged to choose what feels right moment by moment.
Emotions are also welcome. When feelings arise, they are met with acceptance, often becoming gateways to unexpected release and healing.
Consent, safety, and giver/receiver dynamics
Participants attend either as established couples or through a matchmaking process that happens well before the workshop. Those matched are encouraged to meet beforehand so that basic trust is already in place.
Consent is woven throughout the entire day. Boundaries and communication are discussed at the beginning and revisited after demonstrations, once participants clearly understand what will be practiced.
A trauma-informed approach, nervous system awareness, and a strong emphasis on slowing down ensure that safety and personal agency remain central at all times. Participants are always free to pause, adjust, or opt out.
What participants often discover
People are often surprised by how naturally healing their touch already is. They discover that they don’t need to be professionals to offer something deeply nourishing and meaningful.
They experience the power of giving without expectation, reconnecting with the body’s innate capacity to soothe, hold, and love.
Many describe the workshop as magical, deeply safe, and profoundly transformative — a space where vulnerability, sensuality, and emotion can coexist without judgement.
What participants take home
If there is one thing participants leave with, it is the remembrance that loving, conscious touch is something deeply human and always available to us.
That slowing down, listening, and meeting touch with presence can soften the nervous system, open the heart, and deepen intimacy — with ourselves and with others.
