Before we meet, I take time to understand what is moving through you, what you're ready to release, what you're craving, what you desire to explore, and what helps your body feel safe enough to soften and receive.

From there, we create your ritual 🌹

Each journey is unique and may weave together breath, movement, sound, sensory exploration, intentional nurturing touch, nervous system nourishment, intuitive guidance, deep witnessing, and elemental ritual.

We may work with earth through grounding, clay or embodied presence; water through cleansing, surrender or anointing; fire through desire, expression and life-force; air through breath, sound and movement; and ether through stillness, intuition and integration.

Some rituals are tender and devotional. Others playful, primal, sensual, emotional, or deeply still. There is no performance and no predetermined destination. We listen to what is alive in the moment.

At its heart, this is a Ritual of Remembrance a space to shed shame and conditioning, explore intimacy and receiving, reconnect with your sensual nature, and reclaim the wild, instinctual parts of yourself that may have been forgotten.

Like the serpent shedding its skin, you are invited to release what no longer belongs and return to what has always lived beneath.
