BODYWORK RITUALS are an offering on the tantric path of embedding spirit more deeply in matter, activating life-force energy and through embodiment, through feeling more deeply, expanding beyond sensation itself - into the vastness of Totality. The vastness of Source. Of the divine in your understanding.

We bridge the gap between dissociated consciousness; spirit floating far above matter and a numb or painful body. We hold and release the wounds that guard this gap. We bring back sensation and sensitivity. Not sensitivity as fragility, but as somatic awareness; the capacity to notice and lean into subtle and dense, gentle and powerful sensations and energies streaming through us.

We welcome erQs as a healing force and a pathway to vaster states of consciousness. Releasing the conditioned grip that s*xual drives can have on us and learning to let ourselves move with erQtic currents like the ocean moves with the moon; gentle, wild and seemingly unpredictable, always contained by land and space. Come home. Be the one that holds and sees you and be the one held and seen at once.

Once we ground and see ourselves, once our erQticism is freed from possessiveness and performance, the totality of being opens up to us. We realize we are so much more - not more ego or more of what we thought we were, but more of the intelligent mystery that vibrates everywhere. The Bodywork Rituals I offer often assist in growing ones' capacity to be with higher amounts of energy and can also be of great support in preparation to or integration of therapeutic psychedelic experiences.

In a Ritual with me your entire body is honored with loving attentiveness and great respect for personal boundaries. Sessions begin with an introductory conversation, followed by a grounding meditation leading into the immersive bodywork journey. There will be time to rest and digest and take a shower.

Every Ritual is unique, even with the same person. Some are enlivened, some tremble, some release deep seated tension or emotional pain. Some find stillness and quiet streams of pleasure and some enter a sense of vastness and cosmic connection through their body.

I am here to hold you with deep listening, presence and love.

Receivers often leave feeling more connected to themselves, more self-aware, relaxed and simultaneously energized. With time this can lead to a greater sense of sovereignty, confidence, heart-openness and being capable of deeper intimacy with self, others and with life. Some have profound spiritual experiences, transcending the sense of physical limitation and feeling one with the universe. Many are moved in their hearts and feel more permission to be who they are.

Prior to your session we will meet on a short discovery call where I can answer any questions you may have and you can be fully informed about what to expect. When we meet, we will discuss any boundaries you have before we begin the Ritual. Also, consent is a continuous process and can always be adjusted throughout the Bodywork journey. I am happy to support you in fine-tuning what a true yes and no feel like and learn how to communicate it.

Duration/Flow of the session:

Bodywork Rituals last 3-3,5 hours This includes 1 hour for gentle arrival, conversation, shower and aftercare and 2-2,5h of Bodywork.
