What is Sexological Bodywork?

Sexological Bodywork invites you into a space of curiosity, with the sense that there may be more to discover within your sexuality.

It brings the mind and body into conversation, combining understanding with embodied experience. The work is about knowing yourself more deeply, recognising the conditioning you carry, and creating greater freedom in how you experience and express your sexuality.

Who is this for?

This may be for you if you want to:

feel more connected to your body, desire or pleasure
explore shame, anxiety or performance pressure
understand your boundaries and desires more clearly
deepen your capacity for sensation, intimacy and self-expression
approach your sexuality from curiosity rather than from a problem that needs fixing

You do not need to arrive with a specific concern. Curiosity is enough.

What can you expect?

Each session is client-led and unfolds at your pace.

We begin with conversation, exploring your intentions, boundaries and what feels supportive. From there, the session may include breath, movement, body awareness, guided practices and consent-based touch.

No. Sexological Bodywork is focused on personal growth, embodied learning and deeper self-understanding. While touch may be included, it is not a relaxation or pleasure massage, and it is not a sexual service. The intention is to help you explore your body, patterns, desires and boundaries with greater awareness and choice.

No. I remain fully clothed, and any touch is one-way, from practitioner to client. The session is centred entirely around your experience, learning and boundaries.
