My work explores trust, intimacy, belonging, and power dynamics, and unfolds at the intersection of art, embodiment, and relational awareness. I create containers that invite people to slow down and meet what is actually present. I draw from practices such as shibari, breathwork, nervous system and trauma awareness, constellation work, movement, somatic experiencing, emotional release, and ritualized forms of touch including tantric bodywork, Thai yoga massage, deep tissue work, fascia release, and de-armouring. The spaces I hold are non-hierarchical and consent-based. While power dynamics may be explored intentionally, choice and agency always remain central. No session is ever the same. I respond to the moment with attentiveness, intuition, and respect for the unique dynamic that unfolds.
