No expectations, no pressure—just a map for your unique journey.

You don’t need to have the "perfect words" or a fully formed plan. My job during these 30 minutes is to hold space, ask the right questions, and help you untangle and map out those desires together.
No, this session is entirely verbal and online via Zoom. There is absolutely no nudity, touch, or bodywork involved. Think of it as a collaborative, trauma-informed conversation. We will chat about what brought you here, what you want to explore, and how somatic sexology works, ensuring you feel completely safe and informed before deciding to move forward.
It is incredibly normal. Vulnerability around intimacy, pleasure, and our bodies can bring up a lot of edge. Please know that whatever you are arriving with—anxiety, hesitation, or excitement—is fully welcome. There is no pressure to perform here; we move entirely at the pace of your nervous system.
Think of the $50 investment as a deposit toward your journey. It ensures that we are both committed to the time, but if we decide at the end of the call that we are a great fit to work together, that entire $50 will be credited directly toward the cost of your first full 1:1 or couples session.
