The First Step: The Foundations Session

30 Minutes | $50 NZD Before we begin deep work, we start here. This 30-minute somatic consultation is an introductory intake to map out your goals and review the structure of my sessions. It ensures that somatic sex coaching with me is the right fit for what you are looking to explore and provides a clear path forward for our work together.

How it works: When you book your session, you will be prompted to complete a brief intake form. This allows me to arrive at our call with a clear understanding of your intentions, ensuring we can spend our full 30 minutes focusing on your path forward.

Note: Your $50 fee is fully credited toward your first 1:1 or 2:1 session.
