Frequently asked questions
Traditional coaching stays in the intellect. My approach is transformative and somatic; we use your professional challenges as an entry point, but we quickly integrate your mental clarity with your body’s true intelligence, dismantling the masks that drain your vitality.
Absolutely not. This is a secure, confidential partnership where you retain full autonomy. We use deliberate silence and grounding to help you shift from reactive, forced control into magnetic, effortless authority.
Yes. High-performers rarely compartmentalize. We look at your entire energetic range—ensuring the intensity you bring to your professional world doesn't leave you empty or disconnected in your personal life.

The Grounded Altar: Intuitive Touch & Energetic Regulation
The Experience: An intimate, deeply restorative session of conscious touch, tantric/somatic energy work, and presence. To honor absolute physical grounding and safety, this work is done entirely on the floor (using a comfortable futon, mats, and cushions). By removing the clinical distance of a massage table, we co-create an ancestral temple space focused purely on boundaries, consent, and awakening your body's energetic pathways.Format: In-Person only (In my dedicated floor-space or select travel locations).Best For: Those craving deep permission, somatic recalibration, and a profound experience of receiving without having to perform.
Primal Grounding: Individual & Group Somatic Journeys
The Experience: A fully immersive somatic journey based on my signature framework of nervous system regulation. Combining deep breathwork, deliberate silence, primal movement, and emotional release, this journey shakes off the stagnation of corporate survival. I hold the space securely, allowing you to move through resistance and reclaim what is truly alive in you right now.Format: 1:1 Intensive or Private Small Groups / Rituals.Best For: Those trapped in their heads, suffering from chronic over-performance, who need a physical baseline shift to feel their power again.
