After a near-death experience, I lost my body and my voice completely. Rebuilding them — through tantra, somatic work, breath, and sound, stress-tested everything I knew and taught me to attune at a level I couldn't have reached any other way. What came out the other side was a practice that can show up for all parts of you, including the parts you've never shown anyone. People had been asking me to do this work for years. Losing everything is what finally made me say yes.

I'm here to guide you back into your sensual intelligence — the part of you that already knows how to feel, to receive, and to be fully alive. My job is simply to help you remember it.

What makes me different:

Ten years of classical and neo-tantra practice, 700+ hours of trauma-informed training rooted in lineage-respecting traditions, and a parallel decade as a UX designer working inside high-pressure innovation environments. I created Pleasurehacking because brilliant, busy women deserve daily access to pleasure — not as a luxury, but as a life force. I felt that most of what is offered in this space is either too clinical or too ungrounded, and hence you’ll feel my approach is genuinely different.

I'm not dogmatic about method. I follow you, not the protocol. My toolkit includes breathwork, IFS, classical tantra, somatic coaching, and mantra singing. I'm a specialist in using the voice as a somatic tool for pleasure, emotional release, and trauma processing. Sound and breath often unlock what talk alone cannot.

I also love myth-busting and educating on classical tantra, and what we learnt about our bodies. Discernment and finding your truth is the most important to me.

Wherever you are, I partner with you to move through shame, disconnection, and the stories that maybe have kept you smaller than you are. Finding your voice — literally and somatically — as a gateway to more pleasure, expression, and freedom.

What to expect:

Most people feel a real shift after one session. I always leave you with home practices and very doable pleasurehacks. My work is deep — but it's also playful. Transformation doesn't have to feel so heavy. Sometimes it arrives as laughter, as surprise, as suddenly feeling at home in a body you'd been at war with for years.

I've lived a full life — moved through real hardship, explored many relationship dynamics and cultures, and brought all of it into how I hold space. You won't need to explain yourself to me.
