Sacred Intimate for Women & SA Survivors
For any woman who feels tender, disconnected, or longing for a more trusting relationship with her body and intimacy. This includes vulva-owners of any gender who survived what should never have happened. If you’re ready to feel pleasure and safe inside your body, we move at your pace, with gentle care and clear consent.
Through a trauma-informed lens, I walk alongside clients as they:
- Reconnect to their embodied truth, gently and at the pace of trust
- Reclaim sexuality as something sacred, not shameful
- Work consciously with life force energy to heal, integrate, and expand spiritually
- Surrender into being a vessel for presence, love, and divine union through the body, pleasure, and communion
- Learn to navigate profound emotional, energetic, and spiritual exchanges with clarity, consent, and care
What to Expect
We begin with intention-setting and clear agreements. We move slowly and collaboratively, with consent, choice, and nervous-system safety at the center.
Every session is shaped by your needs, your boundaries, and your “yes, no, or not yet.” Clothing and touch are by agreement. You can pause, slow down, ask questions, change direction, or stop at any time.
Sessions may include:
- Grounding and nervous system support
- Somatic awareness practices, including tracking sensation, breath, emotion, and impulse
- Consent and boundary coaching, including language for choice and voice
- Therapeutic touch, scar softening, genital mapping, and/or pleasure mapping
- Ritual, spiritual, and/or energetic movement
- Integration practices you can bring into daily life
Our collaboration evolves into a living, breathing laboratory where you are met and can heal, receive, expand, and express yourself.
