You need to be able to devote at least 30min a day to somatic practice, ideally in an undisturbed environment, throughout the entire 3 months.
The coaching calls will be psychosomatic deep dives - gentle or energetic in nature, depending on where you are at.
I am here to hold you with the warmth of my heart and the sharp sword of truth.
An essential part of the work lies in the practices you will be doing consistently, through my guidance. If you are not able to commit to regular practice and full self-responsibility (held in warm love), this is not for you.
