Session Structure We co-create the container which holds the session. I, as the practitioner, am responsible for maintaining and organising the session. I will offer a choice of three practices based on your intention. You will be choosing the practice that feels most aligned for your needs. I will never do more than you ask but I may do less. I will be providing you with options to choose from based on your learning intention. These are the components of the session structure. Each session is unique. I will be attuning to what you need on the day. Welcome and check-in so that you can gently land into the space Arrival Embodiment practice for you to gently land into your body and begin to notice what is present and for us to start to attune to one another Check-in for you to notice what is alive for you as you connect with your body Learning intention discussion to inform the why of the session and to support the how in the form of which somatic practices are offered Co-created practice agreement for you to choose which practice out of three options feels best for you, along with a co-created agreement of timings Somatic practice time is the practical part of the session Installation allows learning to be installed into reference-able memory Client reflections reflections is essential in order to harvest the learning and insights from the practice Home play to practice integrating what has been learned in the session Client feedback so that I know what worked well and what could be improved for our next sessions

The coaching model I offer is educational in nature rather than therapeutic. My role is to support and facilitate your learning process, not to provide treatment or a set menu of experiences. You are the expert of your own felt experience, and all sessions are client-led, guided by your own insights and pace. We begin with building the micro-skills of embodiment practices before moving into more erotic practices. Meaningful transformation arises through consistent somatic practice, therefore, your home practice between sessions is an essential and integral part of your journey.
