Through delicious guided somatic movement, breath, and intuitive exploration, you are supported to soften tension, reconnect with sensation, and rediscover your natural expression and flow. Everything is guided in a safe, supportive space, at your own pace.
This practice is not about performing or doing it “right.” It’s about coming back into relationship with your body and allowing movement to feel nourishing and freeing.

You just can’t quite find your way back to it alone.That’s where we begin.I work with women 1:1 through somatic intimacy coaching - body-led, client-led, and grounded in the REEF™ framework, drawing from mindfulness, neuroscience, the Wheel of Consent, and nervous system regulation - supporting your system to feel safer, steadier, and more resourced.Sessions are spacious, non-judgmental, and paced according to what feels right for you. There is no expectation to perform or be any particular way.
