I’m Lauren, a relationship, intimacy, and sexual wellness coach who works with women and couples navigating disconnection, low desire, and the quiet “something feels off” in relationships.

I didn’t get here by accident.

Like many people, I’ve experienced what it feels like to be in relationships that look fine on the outside… but feel heavy, confusing, or disconnected on the inside. That curiosity "why does this happen, and how do we actually fix it?" is what led me into this work.

I have a background in psychology and continued education in sexual health, relationship dynamics, and nervous system-based approaches to intimacy. My work blends practical communication tools with a deep understanding of how stress, emotional safety, and the body impact connection and desire.

Because here’s what I’ve learned:

Most people aren’t broken.
They’ve just never been taught how relationships actually work under real-life pressure.

I care deeply about creating spaces where people feel safe, respected, and not judged especially when it comes to conversations around sex, desire, and emotional connection.

This is a space where you can be honest.
Where nothing is “too much” or “too weird.”
Where we approach intimacy with curiosity instead of shame.

I believe connection both with yourself and with a partner(s) is something that can be rebuilt, understood, and supported with the right tools.

And I’m here for the real conversations most people aren’t having.
