No. This isn’t traditional therapy or clinical treatment. This is a space to explore your relationship with desire, intimacy, and your body in a more present, honest, and embodied way. We’re not diagnosing you. We’re understanding you.

That’s actually where most people start. You don’t need clarity to begin. you just need curiosity. We figure it out together, at your pace, without pressure to have the “right” answers.

No. Nothing is forced here. You get to share at the level you feel comfortable with, and we build from there. Safety comes first. Always.

No. Disconnection usually makes sense when you look at the experiences, expectations, or pressure you’ve been navigating. Part of this work is helping you understand why your body responds the way it does—without judgment.

It might feel unfamiliar at first but not awkward in the way you’re thinking. Most clients actually feel relief pretty quickly, because they’re finally able to talk about things they’ve been holding in.

We talk..but not in a surface-level way. We slow things down, notice patterns, and explore what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, and your experiences with intimacy. It’s conversational, but intentional.
