Sometimes what we need is not more information about intimacy… but a space where we can finally slow down enough to actually feel ourselves.

Many people move through life disconnected from their bodies, their desires, their boundaries, or their emotional truth. Others struggle with shame, numbness, performance pressure, anxiety, difficulty receiving pleasure, or simply feeling disconnected from intimacy altogether.

These sessions offer a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space to explore intimacy, desire, emotional connection, embodiment, and relational patterns through a somatic approach.

My work is inspired by my training at the Somatica® Institute and combines nervous system awareness, embodiment practices, emotional attunement, communication work, sensual exploration, and experiential coaching.

Sessions are personalized and may support themes such as:

Desire and arousal
Emotional intimacy
Shame and self-consciousness
Pleasure and body awareness
Boundaries and communication
Performance anxiety
Difficulty receiving
Sensuality and erotic expression
Relationship patterns and attachment dynamics
Reconnecting with your body and emotional authenticity

This is not therapy, nor is it focused on sexual performance or techniques alone.

The sessions are experiential, body-based, emotionally attuned, and centered around helping you build a more connected relationship with yourself, your intimacy, and your desires.

Some people come with a specific challenge. Others simply want to feel more alive, connected, open, and free in their intimate lives. Both are welcome here.

Frequently asked questions

Each session is personalized and guided by what feels most relevant and alive for you in the moment. Rather than only talking about intimacy, emotions, desire, or relationships intellectually, we also explore them through embodied and experiential practices that help you notice what is happening in your body, nervous system, emotions, and relational patterns in real time. Sessions usually unfold organically through several stages: Creating safety, emotional attunement, and connection Exploring what you are currently experiencing or struggling with Identifying a relational or emotional “growing edge” Introducing a somatic or experiential practice tailored to your needs Reflecting together on what emerged during the experience and how it connects to your life and relationships Depending on your goals, practices may involve embodiment exercises, nervous system regulation, breathwork, communication work, boundary exploration, emotional awareness, intimacy practices, guided reflections, or experiential connection exercises inspired by my training at the Somatica Institute. The process is always collaborative, consensual, and paced according to what feels safe and supportive for you. You will never be pressured into any exercise, and everything is explored with care, curiosity, and respect for your boundaries. The goal is not perfection or performance — but creating deeper awareness, emotional connection, embodiment, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.

Not at all. These sessions are open to individuals as well as couples. Many people come to explore their relationship with desire, intimacy, pleasure, boundaries, emotional connection, or embodiment independently of a partner.

No. Sessions are professional coaching sessions and do not involve sexual contact, nudity or sexual services. This work focuses on emotional intimacy, embodiment, nervous system awareness, sensuality, desire, communication, and relational patterns through a somatic and experiential approach.

No. This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Somatic intimacy coaching is a body-based and experiential form of coaching that supports personal growth, relational awareness, intimacy, emotional connection, and embodied self-awareness.

Sessions may support themes such as: - Desire and arousal - Emotional intimacy and connection - Shame and self-consciousness - Communication and boundaries - Pleasure and body awareness - Performance anxiety - Relationship patterns and attachment dynamics - Sensuality and erotic expression - Receiving pleasure and emotional connection - Nervous system regulation and emotional safety - Reconnecting with authenticity, confidence, and embodiment We may also explore your deeper relational and erotic patterns through concepts inspired by the Somatica® Institute approach, such as discovering your "Core Desires" (the emotional experiences you most long to feel through intimacy and connection) and exploring your “Hottest Sexual Movie” (the unique emotional, sensual, and relational scenario that create the deepest sense of aliveness, desire, and erotic fulfillment for you). These explorations are approached with curiosity, emotional safety, and without judgment, helping you better understand yourself, your desires, your patterns, and the kinds of intimacy that truly resonate with you.

Sessions are 60 minutes and held online, through Google Meet.

Some people book a single session around a specific topic, while others choose ongoing sessions for deeper exploration and integration. Because this work unfolds through practice and embodiment over time, many clients find that a series of sessions creates more meaningful and lasting shifts.

That is completely welcome. Many people arrive feeling vulnerable, disconnected, self-conscious, or uncertain about how to talk about intimacy. You do not need to “perform” or know exactly what to say. The intention is to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and explore at your own pace.
