Each session is individually shaped around your needs, preferences and boundaries.
Your experience may include:

- Grounding and breath awareness.

- Space for stillness, sensation and integration.
- An aftercare conversation.
The nature, areas and quality of touch are discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Consent remains an ongoing conversation throughout the experience.

These early sessions build trust, self-awareness and relational safety, laying the foundation for free, joyful, and conscious exploration of your sexuality and erotic potential.After the first meeting, I recommend a series of 5–10 sessions, though individual sessions are also possible.
