Ways of Meeting & First Conversations - Infocall

This offering provides a gentle and clear entry into conscious connection, consent and embodied communication through sexological bodywork. The sessions are designed to help you explore your body, your desires and your boundaries in a safe, supportive and trauma-aware space.

During the initial consultation, we will focus on conversation and guided body-oriented exercises that help you become more aware of your sensations, emotions and sexual energy. You will be supported in finding words for your inner experiences, expressing your needs and desires and setting boundaries with clarity and kindness. These early sessions build trust, self-awareness and relational safety, laying the foundation for free, joyful, and conscious exploration of your sexuality and erotic potential.

After the first meeting, I recommend a series of 5–10 sessions, though individual sessions are also possible. Each session lasts 90 minutes and integrates conversation, embodied learning and practical exercises in sexological bodywork.

Pricing: Initial consultation: 30 minutes €25, 60 minutes €45. Regular 90-minute sessions €120 per session.
