What is bodysex?
Bodysex is a transformational experience designed to help women explore and celebrate their sexuality and their bodies in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. This approach was developed 40 years ago by Betty Dodson, a renowned sex educator and feminist activist, who believed that people could benefit from learning more about their bodies, their desires, and their sexual response.

Some of the activities include:
Sharing Circle: This is an opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings with the group, and to connect with other participants who may be experiencing similar feelings or struggles.

Genital Show and Tell: With guided and support we each share our vulvas with each other, seeing each others diversity and beauty is a fabulous way to release shame and celebrate our bodies!

Orgasm: You will learn the anatomy or arousal and how to experience many kinds of orgasms, working with the pelvic floor and breath, you will be guided to embrace pleasure and autonomy with your unique body.

Mirror Work: This exercise involves looking at your Vulva in the mirror and exploring your body in a non-judgmental way. This can be a powerful way to improve your body image and self-esteem.

Erotic Recess: Group Masturbation, is a powerful way to explore your sexuality in a safe and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to masturbate in the presence of others without performing or interacting with anyone else.

Vulva Casting: Celebrate your body and diversity, recieve a casting of your own to take home, beauty as art, art as healing
