An hour to get to know each other and to see if my vibe matches your therapy, counselling, or coaching needs. I've been a therapist now with close to 1,000 practice hours. Before I got my Master's degree in psychotherapy, I was swimming in New Age spaces and energy work--I'm happy to talk Jung, astrology, and woo, or to leave that out altogether. I specialised in trauma, particularly how early complex and relational trauma can impact self-image, attachment, self-regulation and emotional intimacy.
