Professional Experience
My professional life has been built around leadership, human behavior, responsibility, and transformation.
My experience spans military service, federal law enforcement, professional domination, BDSM and Leather education, community building, men’s work, mentorship, relationship and communication education, group facilitation, and more than 15 years of working directly with people around power, sexuality, identity, intimacy, and personal growth.
I began my career in highly structured environments where discipline, accountability, situational awareness, leadership, and the ability to remain grounded under pressure were essential. Those experiences shaped how I understand responsibility and what it means to hold authority when other people are depending on you.
My work later brought me deeply into BDSM, Leather, and professional domination. What began as an exploration of power became a decades-long study of people: how we communicate what we want, how we establish trust, how we surrender or assume responsibility, how shame affects our choices, and what allows another human being to feel safe enough to be fully seen.
Over time, my work expanded beyond individual experiences into education, mentorship, community leadership, workshops, intensives, healing circles, relationship work, and men's development.
I have created and facilitated programs centered on communication, consent, power exchange, self-advocacy, identity, sexuality, masculinity, faith, intimacy, boundaries, accountability, and self-leadership. I have also built communities and experiences around a philosophy I call **People Before Kink**: before our labels, roles, desires, politics, accomplishments, or identities, there is a human being worthy of dignity, curiosity, accountability, and respect.
Today, much of my work centers on helping people examine a deceptively simple question:
What kind of life do you actually want to live?
From there, we examine what stands between the person and that life.
I don't do the work for people. I create the conditions in which they can see themselves more clearly, develop language for experiences they may never have known how to articulate, confront patterns that no longer serve them, strengthen their boundaries, take responsibility for their choices, and begin deliberately building the relationships and life they want.
My work is introspection-based, experiential, and heavily grounded in integration. Whether I am sitting one-on-one with someone, facilitating a men's circle, teaching BDSM, leading a weekend intensive, or building community, the objective remains the same:
Help people become the leaders of their own lives.
I don't want people leaving my work dependent on me.
I want them leaving with greater self-trust, stronger discernment, a clearer voice, a healthier relationship with power and responsibility, and the ability to create meaningful experiences and relationships on their own terms.
That is the thread connecting everything I have done professionally: **learning how power works, learning how people work, and using both responsibly to help people become more fully themselves.**
